High white blood cell count??

If the bleeding was heavy enough to require a pad or tampon, you're probably not pregnant. Otherwise it could be implantation bleeding. How long after your last period did this occur? Hard to answer without all the details, but you won't be able to take a pregnancy test for another 10 days or so. Meanwhile, ask the doctor about the white blood cell information, now that you've been back for further tests. What did they say about it?
