How would you react if you found out your spouse of several years had been LD in school? ?

My friend had no idea that his spouse was in LD cles all through high school and elementary. He feels betrayed and embared even though she seems to be quite successful and a good wife. She said she didnt bring it up cause she was made fun of all her life and it just made her work harder to be successful. What would you think?
