Should I take her to Homecoming?

ok so i know this girl and we have been talking for a couple months now and she said that she didnt have a date and wasnt getting a mum this year (in texas, you give a mum as a symbol of you going to homecoming dance together) they are about 90$ and i said ill get her one and she gets me one. so we did and tomorrow i have to give it to her. we have mums and garters (mum=girls and garter=boys) for each other but we arent going out or going to the dance together. Should I ask her tomorrow if she wants to go with me? the dance is saturday
