What is a secluded, romantic, scenic spot in North NJ for a late night picnic?

First of all, not a scenic view of NYC. Something within nature, such as a waterfall, or a cliff (with woods behind it) overlooking a small town or river or something. I'd prefer to not be tressping, unless there is little to no chance of getting in trouble ;-) Also, with any suggestions, please give some info as to how to find the spot. The more secluded, the better. Thanks!
