Capris n Chucks??

Ok I am a very girly heels, make up, cute skirt and blouse type of female. I love Baby Phat so that kind of gives u an idea ... But I am going to a carnival with my fiancee and although he doesnt care what I wear, I still want to look good for him. We live together and everything so when we go out I want to make sure I am on point! Needless to say, I cant wear heels and skirts to a carnival so I have this cute rocawear tank with some tie up capris... really comfortable n not too dressy but still cute... I guess a casual cute. So I want to know if I can wear chucks with capris??? I have really cute all white chucks and they match perfectly with the outfit but can u wear chucks with capris... or should i wear my reeboks? Chucks r newer n cuter to me but I am confused... PLEASE HELP ME YALL PLEASE...
