Day trip from the Cotswolds to Stonehenge and back?

We will be staying in the Cotswolds (probably Chipping Campden) and am wondering if anyone can tell me how long it would take to get to Stonehenge and back. We are planning on doing it as a day trip. What route would we be best taking? We are probably more interested in the scenic drive. Thanks
