Diabetics: do needles hurt when you give yourself insulin?

the closer you inject to the belly on, the less it hurts. stay within one and a half inches of the belly on. stay away from your thighs cuz it hurts like a mother. make sure the insulin is not cold because it'll sting and hurt if injected.
