I have made 3 decks, Advice Please?

I'm somewhat rushed right now, but I can say Level Modulation cannot be legally activated if you don't have an LV monster in your graveyard. Try Needle Worm if you can get one and use Macro Cosmos if you can in Mill, it's annoying there.
