Is there a real Camp Half-Blood in California?

I know there are two in Texas and one in Georgia, and that the one in Long Island is still running well, but I live in California and only have the money to go to one in California. I guess really it would be best if it was in Southern California, like Fresno and south, and I guess Phoenix and west, and Las Vegas and southwest. That would be awesome. And not one with foam swords and stuff either, unless those are the only ones.
