WVU Bill Stewart: Racist Coach? Seriously?

I heard this today while listening to Colin Cowherd (I think) and two things stood out to me. One was that I didn't think it was that bad, because the way I heard it was that he said "Don't EVER give anyone a reason to call you a _____ AGAIN." I emphasized those two words for a reason and that is because in that context to me there's nothing wrong with what he said because he's actually trying to defend one of his players. Now, that said, I have to wonder who has brought this up. Like you say, Pat White obviously seems to literally love the guy, as I'm sure do many of the players on WVU's squad, white or black. Does the person who is bringing this out against Stewart have anything to gain? Does he have any reason to dislike Stewart or see him lose his job? I don't think we're getting the whole story.
